Day 12: Baker to Milford, UTAH! (84 miles)

Hot, sweaty, hard day of riding. No services once again but we had the company of the other group at some points. We are all staying at the Lion’s Club Park in Milford, which is pretty sweet. It’s a fairground/playground with a pool, track, and covered picnic table area. There are also free showers at the pool.

This is when I wish we had a fancy camera, or that ours wasn’t broken. We saw the cutest little burrowing owl on the side of the road. We dodged a lot of gopher snakes too.

“THAT MONTE CARLO CAME MONTE CLOSE!”
I was on the verge of bonking before the last climb up to Frisco Pass, so Matt became sergeant drill master and yelled at me the whole way up; I fell off my bike laughing and almost puked because I was laughing so hard. So funny.
